The ProChef certification program is a three-tiered, comprehensive skilled development and culinary proficiency program. More than 275 Aramark cooks have received ProChef certification since Aramark first enrolled within the ProChef program in 2008.
CIA created the ProChef certification program to offer hands-on skill validation, acknowledge professional achievement, and give data and credentials to advance cooks’ careers. The program options three levels of intensive coaching with ProChef III being the highest, most prestigious designation.
